C22F – Compact Filtered Jack for High Ambient Temperatures

Due to the high integration of electronic systems, the demand for electrical components that can operate in high ambient temperatures is increasing. The new C22F series of application electrical equipment sockets and filters fills this gap. The first product of this model has achieved excellent performance in the high ambient temperature application market.

The new C22F filter series combines IEC C22 high-temperature electrical connectors with high-quality power line filters. This combined socket and filter is particularly suitable for equipment applications requiring up to 16A nominal current at 75°C and up to 20A nominal current at 65°C. Compared to similar filter-type sockets, this product's unique design meets higher environmental requirements while maintaining a similar compact size.

The combined power input module directly integrates the EMC filter with the line input for optimal electromagnetic compatibility. The large metal flange provides a wide contact surface, further optimizing filtering and shielding. Wiring is completed using quick-connect terminals or soldering.

In accordance with IEC standards and Underwriters Laboratories (UL) requirements, the standard C20F series and the new C22F series are designed for operating currents up to 16A at 250V input voltage and up to 20A at 125/250V input voltage, respectively. Both series are ENEC and cURus certified. Both product lines are available in standard and medical versions, suitable for applications according to IEC 60950 and medical applications according to IEC 60601-1, such as power distribution units, servers, medical heating equipment, and imaging systems.
